Each Wednesday through until 16th August, one of the Blue Skies Group will be available in the church to answer questions about the proposed development project.

Lunch Club

Open to all Our aim is to provide a budget meal – at present £3.00 for 3 courses including tea and coffee) and importantly to create a friendly atmosphere for people to meet and chat on a regular basis. It is open to everyone and we especially welcome those who live alone, who would appreciate having a meal made for them and companionship. We also manage to make a profit which we gladly hand over to the church to help with ever-increasing costs.

What is a Home group?  A Home group is a small group of people from the Church who meet regularly, usually at someone’s home. These groups provide the opportunity to read and discuss the Bible together, to pray together and get to know one another. Why go to a Home group? There are 2 main reasons: (1) to study the bible and discuss issues that come from that, a small group environment is very helpful; (2) a small group provides an opportunity to meet and to get to know a more manageable number of people than you might meet at a Sunday service. Everyone is warmly welcome to our Sunday services. Our worship style could be described as ‘informal contemporary’, with elements of ‘traditional’ thrown in for good measure. We recognise the importance of getting to know each other and do this both during the ‘welcome’ and after services over tea and coffee.
