Community Ceilidh – a chance to get involved

There are plans for a community celebration on the evening of Saturday the 27th January at Royston Wardieburn Community Centre. It will be a community Ceilidh, with some food, music and lots of fun!

Involved so far are Granton Community Gardeners, St. Margaret’s Marys lunch club volunteers, PCHP, and a couple of local volunteers keen to make this happen.

It’s important to get some more people involved, not only to prepare the food (peel lots of tatties for example), but also to serve the food, to prepare the hall beforehand (tables/decoration), to be at the front desk when people are coming, to entertain the young ones, to address the haggis, to help tidy up….

Please, if you are interested in helping to plan and/or take part on this event during the day, get in touch with
