Join the combined congregations of Granton Parish Church and Newhaven Church for a special joint service of worship this Sunday, 2nd August. The service begins at 10:30 am. Come along to share in fellowship, inspiring music, and community prayer as our two congregations unite together in faith. Everyone is warmly welcome.
Now that Granton Parish Church is listed as a Category A building, which means it will be retained, we can now really move forward towards Granton and Newhaven Churches joining together in Union.
The steering group met on 5th July to review updates from our sub-groups: worship, mission, communication, team ministry, and social. Each group is made up of equal representatives from both Congregations. Joint efforts ensure that the unique strengths of both churches are preserved and woven into the new Union.
Exciting plans are underway for a variety of joint worship and social events, so we can get to know each other. Please come along as your support is invaluable as we start this journey together.
