Guides ‘Step In My Shoes’

girlguidingThe Guides are learning about refugees, and as part of our community action we are supporting a project run by Girlguiding Scotland called Step in my Shoes. The Step in My Shoes campaign aims to help refugees in Syria, Greece and Lebanon by providing a pair of comfortable shoes.

If you have any clean wearable shoes, old or outgrown, that you would like to donate to the project, we would be very grateful.  The shoes do not have to be new.   Please do not donate high-heels or shoes unfit for purpose. Shoes for men, women or children are all welcome, as long as they are comfortable and practical.

Please bring any shoes you would like to donate before 16th May. We have left a collection box at the back of the church – under the welcome desk.

Thanks for your support!
Kind regards,
Rachel, Hannah and Kathy
