We have 2 halls available for regular hire by community groups. If you are interested the first thing to do is check the diary below to find a suitable slot.

Note that we are not able to hire halls for one-off events such as parties, except in certain situations (e.g. celebration following a church event such as baptism or wedding).

The East Hall is the larger of the 2 halls, measuring approx 16.5m x 8.5m. The East Hall is accessed by group leaders via the main West Door but group participants are asked to use the dedicated East Hall door which opens onto the grounds overlooking the shops.

The West Hall is the smaller of the 2 halls, measuring approx 13m x 6.5m. The West Hall is accessed via the main West Door which opens into the quadrangle overlooking Wardieburn Street East.

Current rates:

Commercial (currently £20/hour), Not-for-profit (currently £15/hour)
We have different rates for commercial and not for profit groups. The not-for-profit rate applies if the group leader is an unpaid volunteer and receives no personal payment for the activity.

Note: rates are reviewed annually in August and any changes are effective from 1st January each year.
