Sunday 21st October-12 PM- guided cycling tour to Cramond village.
Will be leaving the church grounds just after tea and coffee after the Sunday service. Everyone wearing a tracksuit or leggings to the church on the day will be excused and forgiven😉. As it is a family oriented tour, we will be cycling slowly and stopping as needed. Remember to bring some snacks, water and dress appropriately to the weather.
Cycling is a good and gentle muscle workout and does not require high level of physical skills. It helps to decrease stress level improving posture and coordination as well as burn up to 1000 calories per hour. Apart from health benefits, it is environmentally friendly and helps to reduce greenhouse gases.
