After the success of the Re-belonging course amongst the Newhaven and Granton congregations in the last couple of years, we’re pleased to launch a new small group course called The Journey.
This is a series of seven sessions that looks at the story of the Israelites’ Exodus from Egypt and explores what that journey can show us about our own lives and our relationship with God. This course is for anyone who wishes to consider the role that God plays in their life, whether they are committed followers of Jesus Christ, or perhaps just curious about what being a follower involves, or anywhere in between.
It is a natural follow on from the Re-belonging course, but you don’t need to have been on that course to take part in, and benefit from, this course. Whether you are a seeker, a new believer or a follower of Jesus over many years, we hope you will join with us and embark on the Journey.
The groups will meet fortnightly at Newhaven and we hope there will be two groups, one meeting on a Tuesday evening and one on a Wednesday afternoon, starting in October.
